What grade would you give yourself?

Make a cup of your favorite beverage,

Sit somewhere quiet, pen and paper in hand,

And see if you can pass this little exam.

Here we go:

"If today was a holiday in your honor, what would it be about?

If we had to examine everything about you,

Your work, your impact, your reputation –

What would be the positive caricature we would draw?

What sorts of slogans, banners and greetings

Would we use to celebrate you and your work?"

That’s it. How should we celebrate your day?

Short and simple.

In essence, you'll be writing your own eulogy - 

Your vision of the difference and impact you want to make here.

You can shy away now...or you can plunge in.

Either way...it’ll be written....some how...some day.

And yes, it's always better to write it yourself!

The choice you take is also a clue

To the direction of your life at the moment –

You either know it and are confident of the path you are on,

Or you are unclear and uncertain.
